These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
GEO Checker offers both free and paid features. Free features may include browser-extension workflows that run locally in your browser. Paid features may include priority support, paid plans, AI-generated suggestions, prompt-assist workflows, credits, or other functionality described at checkout or on our pricing page.
Current plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We may add, remove, or change free or paid features over time, and any material pricing changes will apply only as disclosed at purchase, renewal, or upgrade.
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. By purchasing a paid plan, paid feature, credit package, or other paid service, you authorize the applicable charge shown at checkout. Waffo Pancake may collect and process checkout and payment information, including payment card details, billing information, payment status, and transaction identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers on GEO Checker servers.
If a paid plan renews automatically, the checkout or account management flow will disclose the billing period and renewal terms. You can cancel a recurring paid plan from the available account or billing management flow, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Refunds do not apply to free features because no fee is charged for those features.
Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund for a paid feature, paid plan, credit package, or paid service if the paid feature, priority support, credit, or AI-generated output has not been used, consumed, or delivered. Consumed AI generation credits, delivered priority support, delivered paid services, taxes, processor fees, and other completed digital services are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, or material service failures may be reviewed for refund or account credit. To request review, contact [email protected] with the email used at checkout, the order identifier if available, and a short description of the issue.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
